I’ve been living at boonieview for over a year now and I really like it a lot. It is very secure the maintenance is always keeping up with the building they are very nice people. The young lady in the leasing office Tiara is very nice and respectable always makes the environment feel welcoming. Everyone just received updated brand new refrigerators and it was appreciated I would recommend living here to anyone!

When it rain the rain comes through the window's I've continued the manager in regards to the problem... Nothing being done i now have mold growing around the window's seal
The Manager is very rude keep hang up on... I will be contacting a Attorney in regards to this.. Poor living conditions!!! I would no let a dog live here..

I JUST MOVED OUT AND IM NEVER STAYING IN A APARTMENT AGAIN. THE MANAGER IS VERY DISRESPECT AND THE BIGGEST LIAR I EVER MET. SHE SAYS SHE GOING TO HANDLE THIS LIKE THE DISRESPECTFUL MAINTENANCE CREW BUT SHE DOESNT SHE JUST MAKES IT WORST. SHE GAVE MY NUMBER OUT TO STRANGERS IN THE COMPLEX AND I RECIEVE THREATING TXT MESSAGE FOR NOTHING. I HAD TO FILE A POLICE REPORT. I ANYONE HAVE QUESTION CONTACT ME AT fivestar9025@gmail.com
