January 13, 2021What a disappointing experience we’ve had. We needed a short term lease for my daughter to finish out her last semester of college. We thought we found the right fit, but little did we know of the issues we would have. Here is a quick breakdown: 1) Quoted a monthly rate, but when we received the contract it was $75 a month higher. They also had to resubmit the contract to us 3 times. 2) Their air conditioners leak down the wall. This is a common issue with several of the units. My daughter ...had to wipe mold off the wall and floor from the buildup. 3) Security is an issue. My daughter had a maintenance worker just walk into her apartment. The keyless entry allows them to enter at their will. Also, Boomer Town promotes locked gates to gain access to the units, but 80% of the time they don’t lock. 4) Parking! You must purchase a parking spot or you will not have a place to park. 5) MANAGEMENT!!! Where do I begin? They will not pick up the phone and call you. I’ve left several messages, but they won’t return a call. They charged me for 2 months of insurance when I provided them proof of coverage. They refused to refund the charges and told me they will start charging late fees if it wasn’t paid. When I asked to speak with management I was told they will call me. I asked for Entrusts Corp number, but they refused to provide it. I was then hung up on. Please stay away from this property and management company. TERRIBLE
March 31, 2020First of all, this place is so over priced and they just keep adding on little fees every month. I put in a maintenance request to have my washing machine fixed since it was leaking. It took them over 2 weeks to even come look at it, then i received an email saying the work order was complete. I came back from class and used my washing machine and it flooded my apartment!!! It took another 4 weeks before they fixed it again. Then the parking! I pay for a parking pass and my car was TOWED and I ...had to pay to get it back!! There is never parking due to other people parking there for the coffee shop or parking in our lot to walk to campus. The office workers were rude to my mother when she tried to ask about my car and figure out where they had taken it. It was the worst experience of my entire life! DO NOT RENT HERE!!
February 26, 2019My daughter is renting here now and it is a terrible place! She was sleeping in her studio when she had gotten woke up by a maintenance man leaning over her to check the air conditioner!! Can you believe that in the contract you sign that they can come in your room like that!! Plus she got locked out of her apartment for 5 hours because they can't seem to keep a manager so no one there to answer a phone and they don't give you a key its just a code. No security cameras outside, walls are so thin ...you can hear everything, doors slam all night because of the wind and the security gate doesn't work half the time, outside stairs!! parking if you get home late is bad.
