What a disappointing experience we’ve had. We needed a short term lease for my daughter to finish out her last semester of college. We thought we found the right fit, but little did we know of the issues we would have. Here is a quick breakdown:
1) Quoted a monthly rate, but when we received the contract it was $75 a month higher. They also had to resubmit the contract to us 3 times.
2) Their air conditioners leak down the wall. This is a common issue with several of the units. My daughter ...
had to wipe mold off the wall and floor from the buildup.
3) Security is an issue. My daughter had a maintenance worker just walk into her apartment. The keyless entry allows them to enter at their will. Also, Boomer Town promotes locked gates to gain access to the units, but 80% of the time they don’t lock.
4) Parking! You must purchase a parking spot or you will not have a place to park.
5) MANAGEMENT!!! Where do I begin? They will not pick up the phone and call you. I’ve left several messages, but they won’t return a call. They charged me for 2 months of insurance when I provided them proof of coverage. They refused to refund the charges and told me they will start charging late fees if it wasn’t paid. When I asked to speak with management I was told they will call me. I asked for Entrusts Corp number, but they refused to provide it. I was then hung up on.
Please stay away from this property and management company. They will leave you with nothing but a headache!!!
