The best apartment in Boone!
May 27, 2026I am a current resident at Boone Student Living and have lived here for the past two years. As I am getting ready to move out, I wanted to share my experiences so others can have as great a living experience I had! This property is amazing and has prompt maintenance response, friendly and helpful office staff, and the apartment itself is even better and nicer than I thought I would have for a college apartment. It truly feels like home. The location is also close enough to campus without being ...right in the middle of town, which was something I valued. August 1, 2024It’s been alright living here at Greenway Commons. We have extremely loud downstairs neighbors that blast music after midnight and no one has done anything to stop them. Utilities are old and always breaking. Other than that the apartment itself is nice and extremely pet friendly. On a side note paying for parking this year is ridiculous as we don’t even have visitor parking spots.Review from Apartments.com

July 1, 2024Pros: - Appalcart on site - Fire pit - Great maintenance - Two different bus routes run by here which is a perk - Close by walmart/grocery stores/fast food - Cleaner than The Cottages Cons: - No visitor parking - No gym or pool or great amenities that make the monthly rent deem worthy - The "dog park" area is extremely sad and not kept up with at all to the extent I have never seen anyone use it - honestly would be concerned if they did. - The fridge size is too small for the amount of ...people living within the apartment. Overall, I have enjoyed this apartment complex and living here, but there are defiantly times where I wonder what it would have been like to have lived somewhere else.Property Manager Responded

June 12, 2024Apartment is very large and spacious for the price. One thing that is hard is the parking situation. In the back row of the top lot, the spaces are very tight and if a car is parked on both sides of you it is very difficult to get into your car. Other than that, maintenance and office staff are very nice but sometimes neighbors can be loud and since walls are not very sound proof, you can hear everything that goes on outside the apartment. Sometimes the heating/cooling system can be very weird ...but is manageable but something to be aware of is the smoke detectors in the kitchen are very sensitive so you have to be aware when cooking.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
