Terrible
October 27, 2025The people who work here are completely awful to work with. I would not recommend this to anyone who does not want pure frustration. Every month the persons managing these unit have been completely unreasonable. I have worked in property management in other areas. I am not a student. My students did live on site. More than half of the issues at move out I reported to the real estate commissioner's office. Now we are crossing another unreasonable issue with them regarding the move out. My attorney ...has now become involved. As a parent, as a landlord, and a business owner I highly do not recommend you, the possible renter, even waste your time and future stress dealing with this ridiculousness. Why would anyone deliberately go into an agreement to have to deal with this staff? If I could have based my stars to be less, I would have. Do not do it!!!! Staff: change your mind set and attitudes. Possible renters: Consider this first- you're at the end of your term, you're ready to move on- Now YOU have to deal with THEM!! Is it really worth that?? Answer: NO IF sleeping in your car or someone's couch was a possibility before working with these people... DO IT!Property Manager Responded

Poor management.
June 4, 2025I lived here a couple years due to proximity to work and experienced two managements. The new management is very poor.Work orders take ages to be fulfilled and some of the good long-term employees had gotten to know were being treated unfairly by new management. The pool is closed most of the time and not accessible. At the time of moving out , despite thoroughly cleaning my unit , the management insisted on unreasonably charging an absurd cleaning fee which was 90% of my deposit. April 26, 2024As a visitor, my experience at this apartment complex was marred by continuous disruptions from loud fireworks and a noticeable police presence. The atmosphere felt tense and unsettling, raising concerns about safety and the overall quality of life for residents. Terrible Management
June 28, 2022This place has the worst management I have ever experienced in apartment living. The office staff tends to be on a power trip. The pictures you see are NOT the reality of these units look like at all. They are pushing people out by raising their rent, then "remodeling" the units to then raise the rent for unsuspecting new tenants. The noise is ridiculous, the hot tubs are not hot and people are driving through the property at all hours of the night with their music too loud. There are children ...and babies sleeping and these people don't care. Management does nothing to fix any issues that tenants have. Bordeaux House Apartments
August 15, 2015These apartments are a good place for someone who is just starting out in renting and looking to build their credit history. We have 4 pools, workout center, and covered parking. The people I live by are very friendly and willing to help if you need anything. Some people drive through the apartments real fast which is a downside if you have kids as I would not want them to get hurt if they are outside playing but other than that is it a great place to rent.Review from Apartments.com
