There’s a charged event that costs residents money to attend maybe once a month, and 1-2 yoga sessions per month that just started, but for the cost of rent we could really be doing more events that are free and exclusive to residents.Property Manager Responded

I wish there were more community activities like yoga other than twice a month, Pilates at least once a week maybe offer an art class once in a while some fun things. Weekends things tend to fall off, from cleanliness in the building to the concierge not opening the doors and just sitting on their phones then digging for my phone to manage to unlock the doors. The dog park needs a-lot of help/love, and doordashes or Amazon packages being left in the doorways rather than at the desk. Luis, Becky, and Geo are the ones I see hustling and bustling and going out of their ways to help out residents. ...But when it comes to people and neighbors, it’s a different ball field.
