    The location is great, but it’s surprising we have almost 0 community events. There’s a charged event that costs residents money to attend maybe once a month, and 1-2 yoga sessions per month that just started, but for the cost of rent we could really be doing more events that are free and exclusive to residents.

    The staff are so friendly and helpful. Especially Luis and Gio and everyone else also kind. I wish there were more community activities like yoga other than twice a month, Pilates at least once a week maybe offer an art class once in a while some fun things. Other than that, love it, Boston East!!

    Overall, I am loving my experience at Boston East. Management team is very helpful and friendly. Move-in went pretty smoothly. The building is clean and new. All the tenants whom I have met are nice as well.

    I have lived here for almost five years and have always loved it but I am now compelled to write a review due to the incredible staff here, from the property manager (Becky), to the leasing agent (Luis) to the concierges! The have always been friendly and professional but o recently encountered an issue that cost me a lot of money unexpectedly, and I was beyond impressed and grateful how much effort the entire staff put in to make it up to me and rectify the issue.i can’t say enough good things ...

    I love the area, the people who work hear Monday through Friday! Weekends things tend to fall off, from cleanliness in the building to the concierge not opening the doors and just sitting on their phones then digging for my phone to manage to unlock the doors. The dog park needs a-lot of help/love, and doordashes or Amazon packages being left in the doorways rather than at the desk. Luis, Becky, and Geo are the ones I see hustling and bustling and going out of their ways to help out residents. ...
    But when it comes to people and neighbors, it’s a different ball field. Maintenance is always a 10/10!
