October 15, 2025Beautiful neighborhood and location, amenities are ok however the gym amenity is slightly lacking. Very high rental payments for one bed rooms and studios which isn’t a negative however something to keep in mind.Property Manager Responded

September 30, 2025We love everything about living here—the ocean views are gorgeous and the staff are helpful and responsive. The only real downside is management’s refusal to enforce the no-smoking policy. Despite a strict addendum we all signed, residents smoke openly on balconies and in the courtyard. It ruins one of the best parts of living here: enjoying the outdoors.Property Manager Responded
