May 7, 2017I absolutely LOVE this place so far. The staff were very helpful and warm when I showed interest in the place. I did not have to schedule a tour and I didn't have to wait to do it. The kind woman behind the desk immediately stood with a smile and showed me how their apartments looked. She answered any questions I needed and kept a positive attitude and as well as honest responses, which I loved. She didn't sugar-coat a thing and she told me to call when/if I had any questions. Surely enough ...when I called (and it was many times), Laura (I'm sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) answered very nicely and answered and helped me with all the things I needed to complete my application. I called multiple times and I was afraid that the more I called, the more annoyed that they would get, but every time I called they were always so happy and we were even able to joke during the whole encounter. I also spoke to Judith a good bit as well and she is also absolutely amazing and I was always so happy to speak with her as well. She was also very informative and helpful. I have lived in many places, but never have I met two amazing staff members who cared and were so willing to help me find the right home for me. I have gone there in the day and night and it looks very quiet :) its cheap to and you cant beat that! quiet and cheap? heck yes.
