I've lived here since about 2013 and been through multiple management companies. This is by far the best. With fast maintenance and friendly service I have been very happy.
I enjoy that I'm in-between downtown Boise, Meridian and the mall area. I can also take a 10 min walk and be on the greenbelt. Shoping is close by if I need to run to the store really quick.
Neighbors are great and we've barely had any issues. The grounds are maintained weekly and it's a pretty good place to live. We even ...

Management has been very responsive to request but I’ve made. Only one time I had to wait three days for something to be fixed and that was because a part needed to be ordered. For the most part everything has been fixed/replaced within a day.

If you’re looking for a great family friendly apartment complex than Boulder Creek is it. Everyone looks out for everyone and we are a community. Last management kept losing papers and checks but the new management is ontop of it all, and very considerate. I feel like it's going to be more of a community than just a group of buildings now. Luke from maintenance is awesome, so nice and willing to help no matter how big or tiny the problem is. I'm very grateful to be raising my family here now!

I’ve lived here for going on 3 years . In the last year the things have improved. The prior management were a real disappointment . But the present manager has made these apartments 100% better . They’re so much more family friendly. My oven broke and I got a brand new one very quickly . I had plumbing problems with the prior management and I was without a toilet for 5 days . With the present management when I had a plumbing issue I had a plumber at my house that day .Until this new management I ...
