Worst apartments
August 4, 2025When we first moved in everything seemed to be going good then one morning we woke up and our bathroom ceiling was flooding into our apartment it took weeks to fix and we could t use our bathroom. Our upstairs neighbors constantly stomping in the middle of the night and we had kids that broke our porch fence which was never fixed and the same kids played soccer by our bedroom window and kept hitting it. Music playing by neighbors past midnight and when you complain to management about anything ...nothing is ever done their solution for everything is call the police which would be a waste of the cops time. The washer and dryers were gross always had hair all over them and inside of them never got cleaned. We found a place after a year of being there double the square footage better management utilities included for cheaper then their two bedroom by 100$. July 22, 2024Roaches, terrible management, aweful maintenance. I was literally told my outlet starting on fire wasnt an emergency. They will "lose" your payments then charge you late fees. A home is supposed to be where you de-stress
April 18, 2024Does the opposite of de-stressing. Serious issue with insulation and ventilation in some parts of the apartment. Will damage property permanently. Forced to throw away or sell. Health being affected. The inspection team is edgy and rude and lies. They refuse to care about your welfare.Property Manager Responded

Regarding the issue you've raised about organic growth, upon reviewing the situation with our maintenance supervisor during the inspection, we did not observe any evidence of regrowth after the initial remediation performed several months ago, nor did we identify any moisture issues within the closet area. We also appreciate your willingness to provide photos from the initial report. However, to address the situation thoroughly, we would need photographs specifically showing the growth on the wall itself, which we understand were not provided. Aparment management from hell
September 15, 2023New management turns already bad apartment complex into a living nightmare. No notice when cutting WATER for DAYS, Something broken? have an issue and need to talk to management? Good luck! And forget about touching your entry way they dont allow WELCOME MATS in front of your door or anything else for that matter. Cops basically occupy the area and park for hours blocking cars in parking spaces and a tow company was recently instructed to come by three times a day by management.Review from Apartments.com

Zero stars if I could
November 3, 2019Worst management. Loud neighbors 24/7. Water gets shut off with no notice. Trash all over the parking lot and in the garden areas. Don’t plan on having visitors unless you want their car towed cause all the visitor spots are taken by broke down vehicles that management won’t take care of.Review from Apartments.com

September 11, 2018I was the guest of a resident and recently they had changed parking policy, the resident was poorly informed of the new policy and my car was towed as a result. August 1, 2017I rented a one room apt. for my brother Carl Huth. It is a small apt. but is cute and compact. However the closet in the bed room is huge. His small dog was accepted with no problems and Carl already likes his new place and feels safe at this location. There was a few maintenance minor issues but once we did the work order at the office they were fixed very quickly. Thank you. All the people in the office are kind and do well at answering any questions I may have.
