November 14, 2024Management in this place is just awful, they try to squeeze you every chance they get. Lose your parking decal? $25. Need something? $50. Moving out early? 2 months rent! They enter your apartment without notice if you ask something to be fixed. I wouldn't live here again.Property Manager Responded

Don't be fooled
December 7, 2019Overall, the look and size of the apartments is nice and maintenance responds relatively quickly. Everything else has been relatively awful since I moved in about 10 months ago. The most pressing issue is that I've had to experience 2 building fires in the last few months. While I understand it happens- both these fires seemed to be intentional. One was a trash can in the laundry room and the other was a vacant apartment who caught on fire. The property didn't bother reaching out to anyone to ...ease concerns or offer an apology- the only communication I received was the police knocking on my door asking if I seen anything suspicious.. When it snows they don't plow efficiently making it hard to make it through the entrance to the community to get home from work as well as go to work- many cars have gotten stuck on the hill trying to make it home. I've had packages stolen from our hallway and there's no cameras. The walls are extremely thin. I can hear my neighbors word for word through the walls and when the people walk above me the walls literally shake. The pipes are extremely loud at all hours of the night. With all this I asked to simply break my lease with a 60 day notice 3 weeks early-- allowing me to move out on the first of the month rather than the middle. They told me I'd be responsible for the entire lease-- which is understandable if I didn't literally fear my belonging and my life being destroyed in another fire. My new apartment
July 21, 2015It is nice spacious clean apartment with lots of amenities to enjoy pool, tennis court play area for kids. Only thing I didn't like is bathrooms are small and less storage space. Rest all is fine and happy with it.Review from Apartments.com
