Not what it seems
June 26, 2025Property is absolutely trashed. Garbage all over the place and residents who don’t clean up after themselves and don’t get held accountable. Maintenance fixes take weeks. Parking garage is an absolute mess with tiles broken all over.Property Manager Responded

Horrible, can’t wait to move elsewhere
February 18, 2022Don’t live here. They make it seem like they’re so great until the moment you sign the lease. Building gets completely trashed and nothing gets done about it. Building is veryyyy loud at times and again, nothing gets done about it. The whole property inside and out is dirty and gross.Review from Apartments.com
Great location, TERRIBLE management
December 11, 2020Throughout the pandemic we have been facing financial struggles just as MILLIONS of others have. We have been in contact with our apartment’s office and have continuously been told that they will work with us as much as they can. I’ve had my car threatened to be towed for being in the parking lot (where else am I going to park?), told we would have maintenance within two weeks of calling in an order and a YEAR LATER still have not had maintenance show up, and have been threatened to be EVICTED by ...notice on our door when we have been verbally told that we would not have to worry about eviction while waiting to hear back from the Rent Bridge Assistance program that was suggested to us by Boulder Ridge. It’s clear that they’re taking advantage of their struggling tenants just to make an extra buck. I’m honestly disgusted and will never choose Boulder Ridge, or Campbell Properties for that matter, ever again.Property Manager Responded

Give a little they take all
November 18, 2020Property managers are nothing but funds takers. Even when you cooperate with them and try to help them, they will screw you over on the security deposit and then some, Kept my apartment clean, tidy and was a good neighbor, even cleaned it all before I moved out and they took my deposit and charged me for another one. property management is inept and should be avoided at all costsReview from Apartments.com
Excellent place to Stay
September 18, 2019After moving into Boulder Ridge, Brianna was able to help an issue with our dryer as soon as she could. Several terrible storms and flooding this year have definitely been a part of the history, although Brianna and Jordan are very responsive with anything we have asked about. Good living at a reasonable price
May 19, 2019I have lived at the Boulder Ridge apartments for more than 4 years. They have been attentive to any problems I have had (like maybe two). Tall ceilings and big windows make it feel even bigger. Great location just off 45th and 52nd makes it easy to get anywhere in town quickly.Review from Apartments.com
Our Toxic mold apartment
