Whenever I have reported a problem that needs repairing the landlord himself will fix it within a few hours of my reporting it if he has no one else available. And talk about quiet! You would be hard pressed to find anything this quiet. Then take into consideration you are only a few miles from downtown Knoxville and you would not believe how nice this is!Review from Apartments.com
