August 2, 2017The apartments are very nice (a little small)and quiet, I've been here 6 months and I do love being here, the apartment manager is nice but she seems to leave early a lot and communication can be a little difficult but otherwise I love everything here.Review from Apartments.com

August 9, 2015I have lived here for many years and could not be happier! Whenever I have reported a problem that needs repairing the landlord himself will fix it within a few hours of my reporting it if he has no one else available. And talk about quiet! You would be hard pressed to find anything this quiet. Then take into consideration you are only a few miles from downtown Knoxville and you would not believe how nice this is!Review from Apartments.com
