A good place to call home...
January 14, 2021Living at the Boulders gives us beautiful grounds and walking paths, a river right out back, and the sense of “nice neighborhood.” 0n this site are some outdated comments about staff and maintenance. They no longer apply. Since we moved in, maintenance is quick snd knows what they’re doing. The office staff is positive and helpful, despite the challenges of 2020. Boulders-0n-the-River provides a convenient (bus lines even), well-designed home!Property Manager Responded

Hidden Gem!
July 18, 2020I move from out of state site unseen except online. Turns out I love it here!! River path right in complex back yard for miles. People and staff are super friendly and courteous. Maintenance has been amazing, on time and nothing is a stupid request to them and they are pleased to help. Land is gorgeous with trees, shrubs, and flowers, birds, and squirrels. Great location for food and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. Covered balconies are large and views are great. So glad I chose this.Review from Apartments.com
Worst appliances and no maintenance staff to show up
June 12, 2020The appliances are from 1990 and do not work. You can't get anyone to come out and fix anything. In 2 months I've had to make 6 maintenance calls and they ask for 72 hours to fix anything. 3 days without a stove. 3 days without a dryer. 3 days to fix the toilets. Yes, both toilets in both bathrooms quit working. There is no air conditioning. The grounds are always muddy.Property Manager Responded

Great experience

This place went from great to awful in two years!
May 7, 2018This complex was well maintained and managed with a very helpful and friendly staff, until it sold to a large corporation about two years ago. Wow, what a change! Since then, the maintenance has gone downhill (other than the new offices which were warm and comfortable and now are sterile and cold). The office staff are there to promote new rentals and definitely not there for their existing tenants. There is no direct connection any longer and, just to leave a message on the phone, you need ...to listen to an endless sales pitch! No notifications of repair work around you and the new maintenance staff could care less. I am planning to leave as soon as possible. Many are! PHENOMENAL COSMIC POWERS...itty bitty living space
July 20, 2015Our apartment is beautifully located right next to the Willamette River and the only place in we found in Eugene that isn't convinced our Chihuahua isn't secretly plotting to sic our pitbull on the general population. However, for those amenities we pay quite a bit for a tiny one bedroom. This place would be 1000x worth it if it was a tiny bit less expensive.Review from Apartments.com
Perfect apartment for my personality and lifestyle
August 10, 2015My apartment runs along the river and has a wonderful bike path. It also has a jacuzzi and pool and is very much surrounded by birds and beautiful trees. My apartment has changed my life it's the best place that I have ever lived. I joke about this to my friends and say that I'm going to retire here. But to be really truthful and serious I have never been happier in an apartment in my whole. I am surrounded by happy people walking dogs and people walking along the river and its just a great life ...because of my apartment.
