My husband, daughter, and I recently moved into Boulevard at brick and we are all very happy with the entire experience. Debbie has been so supportive throughout the entire move-in process. The neighbors are all so welcoming and sweet. The apartment and the grounds are very clean and the parking lot is very safe. I would highly recommend choosing Boulevard at brick to anyone looking for a new place to live.

My partner and I just moved into Brick Blvd, and we love it just as much as when we first came to visit! Debbie has been nothing but amazing since day one! We truly are grateful for such a caring, on point and very professional property manager. She seriously made sure everything was done properly and in a timely manner, without missing a beat! The maintenance team is also very responsive and helpful as well, especially Jon!

I love it! The leasing office is excellent, and Deb made the application process smooth and easy. The apartment was immaculate on move-in day. The neighborhood has a strong sense of community, and the neighbors are very welcoming. I love that it's a gated community. The grounds are kept beautiful. Everything is easily accessible. The lounge and gym area are kept spotless. I'm sure I'm going to enjoy living here.

I just moved in 2 weeks ago and I’m really loving my apartment. Debbie, the property manager has been great from the time I first visited, to the application process, and move-in….it’s been a pleasure working with her. John, the maintenance guy is wonderful….and quick to respond to any issues or concerns. Hard worker for sure! Amenities are great! Very dog friendly and everybody seems so nice, and happy to be here.
