Beyond amazing!
January 26, 2026My partner and I just moved into Brick Blvd, and we love it just as much as when we first came to visit! Debbie has been nothing but amazing since day one! We truly are grateful for such a caring, on point and very professional property manager. She seriously made sure everything was done properly and in a timely manner, without missing a beat! The maintenance team is also very responsive and helpful as well, especially Jon! We moved from a place that wasn't as put together and professional. ...However, being here, I can truly say that we've found out new home. Love it!
July 9, 2025I love it! The leasing office is excellent, and Deb made the application process smooth and easy. The apartment was immaculate on move-in day. The neighborhood has a strong sense of community, and the neighbors are very welcoming. I love that it's a gated community. The grounds are kept beautiful. Everything is easily accessible. May 20, 2025My boyfriend and I moved in about 2 weeks ago and it has been nothing short of amazing. From our very first phone call with Debbie when we set up our tour, to navigating all the steps in between, all the way up until move in and 2 weeks after Debbie has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Common areas are clean and well kept, and neighbors are friendly. Debbie the manager was an amazing help in the application process, you can tell she is the reason this development runs so well.
