Used to be a good place, not anymore.
February 28, 2019Ever since the Zaremba Management Company started to work here last year, they are like crazy... They now ask the residents to pay for renter insurance. Received a notice saying "Effective immediately" with info of 3 local insurance agencies. They also started to charge a small amount of fee for activities such as senior Zumba. These used to be free. Kinda feel that they will always come up with some new ideas of fees. Avoid this place if you have other options.Property Manager Responded

Your feedback is very valuable in helping us evaluate how we are doing as a community, and we regret that we have not met your expectations in two areas. Renter's Insurance is a standard requirement across most apartment communities that protects you, the resident, against damage or loss of personal property for a minimal cost, which can usually be easily added onto an existing insurance policy you hold. The building owner only protects the physical building in which you reside. Zaremba Management Company only requires residents carry it through their insurance company so they are protected against loss of property that they have no control over. Additionally, we are proud to be able to hold a variety of resident activities throughout the year to enrich the living experience and encourage fellowship among neighbors at Boulevard Towers. We do hold a mixture of free activities, such as coffee and ...donuts the 1st Monday of each month, and activities that we charge a minimal registration fee (usually $5), such as Senior Zumba, which helps us offer quality and enjoyable events for our residents. We love to hear any suggestions on activities our residents would love us to hold, as well as any feedback that we can use to bring the best possible living experience to our residents.
