January 20, 2024I came in with high hopes. I moved to Suffolk because of a job, so i didn't know the area that well. I was happy I found a nice looking place that was a little above what I normally spend but I was happy I found this place. Then the next month, I saw a roach and I called the office and she put me in a list. A list! I'm breaking my lease and moving out. I can't stand roaches.Review from Apartments.com

July 19, 2023Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Dirty breezeways. Pool area never cleaned. Business center is a teenage hangout. Dog poop everywhere. Valet trash 25$/mo) you have to pay for and at least one day a week they don’t pick it up. My car has been broken into 3 times in 7 months. Impressive complex
July 17, 2023I couldn't resist writing a review for the apartment complex. I was in town for a few days to visit my sister, and brother in -law. I was very impressed with the unit they were living in. It was a very nice layout. The property was well maintained. Worst apartment we ever lived in
February 12, 2018The do-nothing manager, literally doesn't do nothing. We went months without proper runner AC during the worst summer months that Virginia can throw at you. She even evicted a few military neighbors with their families during the holidays and during deployment. Her and her assistant "K" , spend their time in luxury style office and talk about the tenants behind their backs when they called and complain about things being broken in their apartments. Corporate doesn't care either. So don't waste ...time calling. Call your lawyer and move out. You will only have your blood pressure sky rocket when dealing with these dishonest people. Wish we had read the reviews prior to move in. And don't believe their perfect 5 stars reviews. This is the place to live for the price
December 23, 2017Love this community, my husband and I have been here almost a year and we love it here. Stores and restaurants are in walking distance, they have different activities at the club house ,staff is always friendly and helpful when needed. I wish the ladies in the office can have Christmas Eve off so that they can enjoy their families as well, but if you are looking for a spacious 1,2,or 3 bedrooms come and check out Bainbridge 3200 I guarantee you will love itReview from Apartments.com
Bad Experience
October 5, 2017We also had a very bad and misleading experience with those folks. We were looking for a short term lease. They did not have a first floor unit that we requested, and would not let us see a 2nd floor unit that was "available". We were asked to put in a $50.00 application fee and a an additional $200.00 deposit and was promised that we could look at the unit before signing a lease. We had not heard anything for three days but fortunately were able to locate another apartment community in the ...area that met our needs. We contacted the office and informed them that we had found a different apartment and requested our deposit be returned. That is when they told us that the "deposit" was actually a non-refundable holding fee. Management also would not speak to us about this. Although the amount lost was minimal and not warranting legal action, these folks are very dishonest, misleading , and personally I would recommend staying away from them. October 9, 2016Horrible place to rent. Moved in a few months ago, everything just breaking. I went days without being able to use the brand new toilet , had guests over from long distance they couldn't use the toilet (embarrassing)kitchen plumbing work poorly done. Woke up this morning , the whole kitchen is flooded, can't cook . Can't use water in the kitchen , spending my whole morning cleaning. No maintenance call back , no one available to talk to.
