Very old, lots of issues

You get the sense that it would be better just bulldozing the property and starting over. There are lots of issue with roaches, centipedes, silverfish, and mice. At one point I had a centipede get trapped and die in my ceiling light. The property itself isn't very clean, and the parking lot and driveway layout leads to a lot of blind turns that feel kind of dangerous. cleaner, and cheaper apartments just 20 minutes south that still allow you fairly decent access to local attractions, so do not factor in location to whether you choose to live here, it's their one and only selling point.
