May 5, 2025I would give 5 stars but unfortunately I have been dealing with an issue with our rent for about a month now and it still has not been fixed. We signed our lease agreement with a set amount and we have been charged a significantly larger amount than what was agreed upon. I have reached out to office staff multiple times through email with no response unless I go in person to the office. I was promised our rent issues would be fixed but nothing has been changed. I absolutely love living here and ...plan to stay as well as all the staff is extremely nice and friendly but this issue has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.Property Manager Responded

March 13, 2025The neighborhood is quite. Maintenance responds quickly to requests. The grounds are keep clean. My only issue are the food trucks that are parked near my street, making it difficult to see if cars are coming when pulling out.Review from Apartments.com

February 15, 2025I was not a big fan of knowing that my unit wasn't cleaned before move in and when I washed the carpets they came out FILITHY as in they haven't been cleaned or replaced between tenants who moved in. I do like that maintenance is pretty quick when you put in a request they come either the next day or within the two days and how large the patio fenced in space is but other than it not just being clean. I have no problem I think the inside of my home is very nice. It's very cute, especially after ...being decorated and cleaned. My neighbors are very quiet.
