Very nice place to live. Quiet neighborhood and very low crime rate. Neighbors are great, Office staff/maintenace are professional and helpful.

I would give 5 stars but unfortunately I have been dealing with an issue with our rent for about a month now and it still has not been fixed. We signed our lease agreement with a set amount and we have been charged a significantly larger amount than what was agreed upon. I have reached out to office staff multiple times through email with no response unless I go in person to the office. I was promised our rent issues would be fixed but nothing has been changed. plan to stay as well as all the staff is extremely nice and friendly but this issue has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

I’ve been here at Boundary for over a year, I like the location. It’s near everything. The townhouse I live in is newly renovated so I love that, Overall I have no complaints ??

The neighborhood is quite. Maintenance responds quickly to requests. The grounds are keep clean. My only issue are the food trucks that are parked near my street, making it difficult to see if cars are coming when pulling out.

I was not a big fan of knowing that my unit wasn't cleaned before move in and when I washed the carpets they came out FILITHY as in they haven't been cleaned or replaced between tenants who moved in. I do like that maintenance is pretty quick when you put in a request they come either the next day or within the two days and how large the patio fenced in space is but other than it not just being clean.
