New Management is not good at all.
September 16, 202511 empty units, new mgmt touted they were local but they are in TN. Very petty, will not allow complaints. Fireplaces are not usable, no sprinklers, won't allow kids to use sidewalk chalk at their unit, always charging mistakenly then blaming you when you complain. One dumpster for over 40 units is always full, will charge if you put trash on porch till next morning. No regular inspections. Things are maintained with a bandaid. Several residents that are still her are also moving because of new ...mgmt. They can no longer put up with the harassment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 17, 2023Be sure to read the lease thoroughly. You are required to give up your downpayment and give three months rent if you leave without giving a written 60 days notice. No pets are allowed, either.Review from Apartments.com
