Maintenance issues aplenty

This could be a really nice place to live if it were not for the Property Management Company, Stanford.
Apartments without closet doors, dirty carpeting in halls, washing machines that constantly break down, leaky roof, mold in dining room ceiling, tenants smoking in their apartments, things being stolen, lack of snow removal and shoveling, bed bug outbreak and the building has a huge mouse problem.

If you can ignore the maintenance issues, Bowdoinham Estates is a very quiet place to live. The apartments are original to the building with a few cosmetic updates only. If a tenant has occupied their apparent for an extended period of time (say 14 - 20 years) the management company does not update carpeting, paint, or appliances. Nor do they want tenants to do any painting in the apartments. Carpeting in the hallways are dirty and stained.
