The constant invasiveness from management to have access to your unit for multiple days in a row with no notice of completion of "inspection" is concerning. Also the people preforming the inspections had no idea what they were doing or looking for.

Living in Fenway is great! Accessible and quiet most of the times throughout the year. I’ve enjoyed my time living here. Overall, would highly recommend this apartment as maintenance is always top notch and the cleanliness of the apartment spaces are always tidy.

I really wish what I overheard on tours was an accurate representation of living at Bower. They have the potential to be such a great space but instead they cater to the restaurants which is creating a rat problem. I've been here for a few weeks and so far I am very happy with the building. The location is great for me, I love having my climbing gym and the commuter rail just downstairs. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and my apartment is nice, everything is good quality.

I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment building. The building is clean, modern, and very well maintained, which is evident from the moment you walk in. Common areas are always tidy, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally.
