Location!

July 23, 2015 - Review from Apartments.com

The apartment gets 4 stars for the location. Close to everything (2 T stations, CVS, Star Market, coffee, a million restaurants) and Fenway Park is your neighbor. I can never hear noise from baseball games except the occasional home run cheer. The building IS quite old, and the maintenance crew is a group of grumpy old men, but the property managers are quick to respond - and you can pay rent online.
