May 5, 2026Parking garage partially collapsed. Couldn't access car for a week. Now forced to shuttle to another parking garage 4 blocks awayProperty Manager Responded
May 14, 2026Thank you for voicing your concerns about the garage collapse. We know this situation is causing all residents a level of inconvenience while repairs are being made. Coastal Ridge Real Estate has been doing all they can to accommodate residents during repairs by providing alternative parking with a shuttle. This is temporary until the garage repairs are complete. Their proactive approach in identifying solutions and securing alternative parking options has helped minimize disruption for residents. Additionally, Coastal Ridge has been present on-site, providing support and working collaboratively with both staff and residents. Their patience, responsiveness, and commitment to resolving not only the ...parking concerns but also other outstanding issues have been evident throughout this process. As a resident, I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for the property manager, leasing consultant, maintenance team, and corporate team. Wonderful place to live!
March 28, 2025Bracken House is a wonderful place to live . It is centrally located right beside the Allegheny River and the bike path and directly across from downtown. The city views and the lighting on the Sister Bridges are spectacular in all seasons. The property is well-managed. The office and maintenance staff are courteous and respond promptly to any questions, concerns, or issues. The current property manager is constantly making improvements and upgrades to the complex. There is an excellent ...security system here. Rules and regulations are in place to ensure that everyone's rights and quiet enjoyment of the property are of paramount importance. My husband and I have lived here for nine years and just renewed our lease. Our comfort level as to how the complex is run allows us to expect that we will remain here for many years to come.Property Manager Responded

Better choices around the burgh
September 26, 2021If you want to move in somewhere that has beer pong tournaments until 4 am then this is for you. That might sound fun but couple that with the thin windows that allow sound to flow right onto your bedroom then you’ll want to move out within a couple weeks. Great place to live
June 8, 2016Along with the view of the river and bridges, location to so many things in the north shore and downtown, covered parking garage, and wonderful amenities, one of the best things about these apartments is the management and maintenance staff. Location, Location, Location
July 29, 2015The Morgan at the Northshore offers the most convenient location in all of Pittsburgh. Easy access to PNC Park, The Andy Warhol Museum, Heinz Field and The Rivers Casino. Best part of being at The Morgan is the view of the city just over the Allegheny River. You can avoid the downtown traffic by a short walk across the Rachel Carson Bridge. For our puppy, we have plenty of greenspace just outside our apartment. That is something you cannot find in Pittsburgh City living. This complex is not ...a high rise and has an attached parking garage, also something you will not find anywhere else in Pittsburgh. Pretty nice place
May 7, 2014My visit to Morgan turned in to signing the lease to a two bedroom apartment. I have not moved in yet but am very excited to do so. The downsides: one bedroom's view looks into the parking garage and the appliances are a little out of date. The upsides: huge closets, great location, water and parking costs included in rent, allows dogs (with some exceptions) neat and clean, and affordable.
