May 23, 2025This complex is quite attractive. Office staff are generally helpful. Owner of the complex is all over the place. Our apartments have been entered 4 times in the last 4.5 months. All things examined need to be BUT it could have all been done in ONE visit. Smoke alarms checked, fire places checked, all fixtures and appliances checked, and this last time I haven’t a clue what was being checked but, again, entrance was required! I still have a dish washer whose insides keep falling out. A washing ...machine with wires duct tape covering them - just waiting for it to fall off and electrocute me,doors to said washer and dryer sticking AND windows I can’t open Other than that - nice place to luveRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 27, 2025While the setting is gorgeous and peaceful, I’m extremely disappointed in Brackett’s lack of accountability when it comes to completing structural repairs. We were very excited to have a fireplace for the winter, especially since we were not able to travel to see family for the holidays. However, despite having a move-in of May 20th, Brackett waited until October to have the fireplace structure checked. A month later we were finally notified of the results: our unit was broken and in need of ...repair. It is now nearly April, and we are still without the use of our fireplace with $250 worth of firewood rotting on our patio. We have had repeated exchanges with management, requesting compensation, to no avail. By far one of these shadiest landlord situations I’ve encountered and I will definitely not be renewing the lease nor recommending this place to others.Property Manager Responded
