The best part is you better love to smoke or love a cigarette/weed smell. They say it's a smoking free building IT IS NOT. Tenants are allowed to stand on their balcony and smoke a pack and guess where all the smoke goes in? Yup, that would be your apartment. They also smoke in the hallways and if you don't smoke your clothes will indeed smell like you do. I would get blamed for smoking weed and ciagrettes at work and would get questioned for it. The only great thing I can say is that they let dogs live there and the dogs that do live there are nice and incredible. Tenants with bigger dogs take care of the feces in the lawn but the little dog owners will not. Also, the movie store is right across the road and it's very convenient on rainy days. You can walk up town and get groceries and walk back and that was very convenient.
