Buildings are falling apart! No upkeep.
March 5, 2026Save your money. They are "remodeling" the interiors but the exteriors are in shambles. Shutters dangling off of buildings, cracked siding all around, molding falling off of porches and doors. Hasn't been painted in probably two decades. Not to mention the dumpster areas have trash lying all around them, trash blowing through the property, it is never picked up! If aesthetics are important to you, there are so many nicer looking places in Webster.Review from Apartments.com

Zero Management
December 16, 2020This place has no management. It overcharges, Only has one maintenance man and one office clerk. They have bad hours and they never try to resolve any issue in a timely manner and most of the time they don't at all. The property overall is very poorly kept inside and out. Living here can teach you why apartment living should be a temporary situation and all the negatives that come along with it. Easily the worst managed complex I have ever lived. September 9, 2014My wife and I took a tour through one of the homes and were very pleased with what we saw. Out intentions are to move out of current location and because of Rosemary, our tour guide, Ridgewood Apartments are at the top of the list. Great Location - spacious apartments
September 16, 2013Great layouts, high ceilings really make these apartments appear larger than they are while creating distinct living eating and sleeping areas. All appears in very good condition and upkeep. The great interior impression is let down a little bit by a bland, loveless landscaping - you will have to be creative on your own to make it look nice around your unit.
