Handy maintenance and Nice management
January 27, 2026Coming into my second year here at Bradford overall I can say it has been a good experience! Maintenance is timely and quick. The manager is nice and very understanding and we have had no problems since we’ve lived here. The location is good and the neighbors are calm and content. Great Location & Atmosphere, but Maintenance Stretched Thin
April 18, 2025We've lived here happily since 2021 and have really enjoyed the quaint atmosphere and convenient location. Being close to major highways and businesses makes commuting easy, and despite being near Medical Row, it's surprisingly quiet. The management team and office staff are friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming environment. However, the biggest downside is the maintenance availability and delay in answering requests. The maintenance is stretched thin across multiple properties. While ...smaller repairs are handled fairly quickly, larger issues—like appliance replacements—tend to be ignored. We've been requesting a new dishwasher for three years due to ongoing leaks and poor performance, but unfortunately, this request has been repeatedly denied. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to live, but the property owners should invest more in maintenance staffing and responsiveness.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

I enjoy our quiet little apartment
August 8, 2024Nice place to live. It's quiet and the manager always does her best to get you what you need when you need it. If you have an AC problem then you will have a window or portable unit until they can get it fixed, so at least you aren't HOT. But it can take some time for that to happen.
