September 23, 2025This place was struggling for years but management and Jaleel have been fixing so much since they got here. They are are focused on the community and residents’s satisfaction. They can only do so much though as this place was built using matchsticks, paper, and hopeful wishing. Keep up the work guys.Property Manager Responded

September 1, 2025Community is great around me . I lile how they kerp the premises clean. I would like better lighting at night and additional security for gate access maybe a card reader or lift gate. Too much piggy back goin on. Love the pool pass setup but that needs to be electronic too Its not costly to setup either. I have 5 grands...2 pool passes when they come from out of state is not enough. Need to rethink the process for the familias with more than 2 children under 15. But live it here.Property Manager Responded

August 27, 2025The neighbor seems quiet. I love that it’s gated all the way around. The staff are friendly and kind. Once I moved in & had a couple is issues with the apartment it was fixed right away. My only concern is the appliances. The fridge has rust on the outside and the stove burners as well but overall I’m liking it here so far.Property Manager Responded
