Not Worth the Hassle to Move Here

The property manager and her communication is terrible. I have been having issues with the apartment since they have owed me a reimbursement that I have not gotten even after moving out. I t has been 4 months since moving and I am still having issues with the property manager responding to messages and getting things done.

Not what was expected

Apartment looks like it’s been unoccupied for a while. It’s not what was expected being that they show you a renovated apartment with no carpet. Cabinets falling apart along with countertops peeling. I should have considered another complex. Ladies in the office are very nice and professional though.

Complex management is horrible. i moved in june and my unit was not suppose to have carpet. they have yet to remove it. my plumbing has been backed up and no one has fixed it. management will not answer the phone for you if they know your number. this move was a waste of my time.

My move in process was very smooth. The ladies in the office are the sweetest, They’re very good with working with you. GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE! I gave 4 stars because I don’t think my carpet was cleaned properly, but other than that Bradford is a great place to call home!

I Love my apartment it is spacious. Bedroom n closet space is good. The tenants are considered of each other, its quite for the most part. They have a gym an two swimming pools. It's a short distance to travel to my job.
