        I love these apartments but not the fact rent has been raised every year. I do not understand the point of checking our income to make sure we can afford to pay rent when we first move in just to raise it each year. The amount of long term tenants would be higher if rent wasn’t constantly raised.

        I lived there for over 3 years and the office was always difficult to work with. I had notified them every month for 3 months of a mold issue in my closet. I was brushed off for 2 months before they would take me seriously. I also brought up an issue with my waste bill being over charged for 4 months. Once again the office was very difficult to deal with and only called me once with an update. I never heard back on what they found and they told me I was not the only one with the billing issue. I ...
        did try calling several times for updates and they never had any new information for me. I highly discourage anyone from renting here.

        Ive loved living here this past year. Everyone in the office is very professional and understanding. They get back to you with any of your problems in a great matter of time. The grounds are kept clean throughout the year. My kids enjoyed the pool and park area. The only thing I can say is that you will hear your neighbors coming in and out the building and even the ones close to you through the walls. But other than that, I loved living here. If I didnt need more space I would have signed ...

The apartments feel more like condo living. maintance are quick and thorough. the office is alwasy friendly and helpful! the pool is sparkly with nice lounging chairs! there is a lot scenery and parks! its in a convenient location. everything that makes apartment living awesome!

        I don't normally do this but if you are looking for an apartment in Kokomo, Indiana, do not live in Bradford run apartments They will nickel and dime you every month you pay rent...They blame it on the water but have no meters to prove it. If you value your money and your time, you will not move here. I can go on and on about the poor service and the lack of customer appreciation. Like the maintenance crew taking at least a month to fix anything in the apartment. We've had the hot water ...
        furnace go out (5 days without hot water), the dryer go out (one and an half months), the freezer go out (two months)and the dishwasher go out with stale water in it(two months). All this I had to remind them constantly. This is seriously not some place you want to live! Heed my warning!
