I tried to give this place 2 stars because I believe in being fair, but after living here, I simply can’t recommend it. If you’re looking for a place where management communicates, maintenance follows through, and you can peacefully live in the apartment you’re paying for, keep looking.
This property has a serious roach problem which you are also paying for pest control but they never come out, and maintenance requests are routinely marked “completed” despite nothing actually being fixed. Months ...
can go by without issues being resolved. The maintenance staff seems to be doing what they can, but somewhere between them and the office, everything falls apart.
The property manager’s attitude is one of the worst I’ve experienced. Instead of treating residents like paying tenants, you’re often spoken to as if you’re an inconvenience. Professionalism seems optional.
The buildings have little to no sound insulation. If you live upstairs, be prepared to be treated like you’re committing a crime for simply existing. Walking to the bathroom, taking a shower, or living a normal life can result in your downstairs neighbor banging on the ceiling because they hear everyday apartment noise. That’s not peaceful living—that’s constant stress in a place you’re paying to call home.
Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone I care about. Read the reviews, ask current residents questions, and save yourself the frustration.. The only thing I can say that is good here is turning on to Rivers!
