Things are fine as long as you are on their (Mother and Son- Manager/maintenance) good side, just don't make a complaint that would offend their performance or upset one of their friends or they will make your life very unpleasant by spreading lies to other tenants and writing false violations in order to drive you out. If you like a clean kept area to live in this is not your place!Review from Apartments.com

August 16, 2015Hands down the best I have ever had. Our managers have turned this place around and care about us as tenets. Rents very affordable and that helps out. For the first time they have waiting lists for people to move in..Review from Apartments.com
