April 26, 2023Ive been living here for 6 years now and i love it.. the property is very well maintained, great maintenance care. Its clean, quite, and safe I have small children so that is a plus. Its spaceous with walk-in closets and private patios, and a swimming pool for those hot summer days.The staff are nice and always welcoming and freindly. Really nice management
July 19, 2022I went into Brainard Landings yesterday to see what they had available. Tracy was really nice and informative. The property was so clean definitely the nicest property in Lincoln! Tracy and Debra explained the income requirements. Unfortunately I make too much. I prefer living in apartments vs buying especially right now with the prices of houses. Debra was so nice and she definitely understands what the locals are looking for.Property Manager Responded
