Not Worth It
March 30, 2025Management office employees are super rude, the community isn’t up kept, the playgrounds are outdated, you can’t bring visitors in the pool, they lock down the gym after a certain time, It takes forever to fulfill a maintenance request, a lot of spiders I never leave my windows open. Did I mention the management office staff are rude?! Especially the receptionist!!!Review from Apartments.com
Welcome to Braintree Ghetto
October 14, 2017Don't be fooled by the model they show you online cause your apartment will NEVER look like this. They will make promises of upgrades but don't hold your breath for them making good on it. They received a $40m grant to make improvements but you get more excuses than improvements. Apartments are quite dated, you can't control your own heat or ac cause they follow to the letter state guidelines of when they have to supply both. I feel for you if winter or summer weather last longer than expected ...cause you will either freeze of roast to death. Good luck trying to read your thermostat from the 1970s with the faded dials. Management staff are some of the rudest you will ever come across. If you disagree with them then you are the one being rude. Braintree Village
October 9, 2015Buildings in the complex are quite dated, but they make small updates fairly frequently. The rent is very good for the amount of space you get and having all utilities included. They also increase the annual rent at a smaller increment for residents renewing leases compared to new renters. The complex is well maintained, with trash picked up frequently.
