When we first moved in, we were so excited. Everything was great. But it quickly turned South. First of all, we don't have a washer and dryer in our Apartment, so we had to use the laundry mat on site next to the office. That place is SO disgusting. It always smells awful because someone peed in the corner (not even kidding), there's dirt and sand everywhere, and people are SO careless when it comes to the washers and dryers. My clothes were RUINED in the washer because someone put bleach in it, ...
and how could I know this. Completely careless. When addressed at the office, all they had to say was sorry. Not only that, but the pet fees are ridiculous. $225 non-refundable to have a pet there, and then $22 a month added onto your monthly rent, and you can only have a pet that meets their list of pets allowed in the area. Parking around here is outrageous, the lot is always full, you can hear everything from the neighbors because the walls are super thin. We can't stand it here, so we decided to move onto base and pay the buy-out fee. We were told that it was the next month's rent, so we paid it, and now they're trying to get more money out of us by saying we now have to pay July's rent AGAIN, and August, when we're leaving August 8th or sooner. Why does it make sense to pay A FULL MONTH"S RENT for five days of being there. That's insane. My last and final complaint is the bugs. I am a very clean person, and I clean this place all the time, and still manage to have bugs everywhere. It started out with gnats everywhere, then spiders, then centipedes on the ceilings, and now there's these tiny beetles in the carpet and pincher bugs. I've tried every single bug remedy and everything, but there's still no hope for this place and it's DISGUSTING. Definitely would only recommend this place to people who enjoy getting scammed out of their money, and living in gross environments.
