Great Place to live!
July 1, 2021I moved into Branchwood in June of 2020, during the COVID pandemic. The staff, Sheila and Kim, were very prompt to answer emails in timely fashion and addressed any concerns I had with apartment issues. Onsite repair guy Hal, was simply the best at getting things done! Very professional and always made sure that the job was done satisfactorily. They also reached out to me when the apartment below mine was experiencing a leak issue. They came in and did the repairs in the wall of my Master Room ...and once the leak was fixed, they repaired the wall. Couldn't even tell that they did anything after it was finished! Great location, quiet atmosphere and great neighbors, of which some were quiet and reserved, while others were very neighborly and conversationalists. The only reason I moved out, was moving to my own house. Other than that, I still would have been there. Definitely would recommend them to anyone I know moving into the Goose Creek area!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Nice and worth the Price
July 22, 2015$720.00 a month well worth the price of rent The amenities include the pool playground area ! Which is kept very clean when I have a problem in my apartment that needs fixed there's no hesitation the maintenance man fix it in adequate time I never have to call a second time to get the problem resolved . September 3, 2014This community is family friendly and affordable. The rooms are very spacious. They have all the amenities of higher priced apartment living and friendly service.
