I don’t have enough words of gratitude to Juliana from the Lease Office, since the day we met she went above and beyond to help me And Answer every question I had . Always answered my calls or my Emails promptly. All the paperwork was done. My moving here was done without any issues. Juliana was Very kind, Helpful and Professional. I am very happy to be part of this community. Definitely she made everything happen for me and my family.

Just applied for an apartment, and the staff at SORA is absolutely amazing!! Amber walked us through every step with such patience, grace, and professionalism. She and Juliana are truly a jewel and a definite asset to the SORA staff. The apartments are beautifully built and well thought out. Also, the materials inside of the unit ( i.e. flooring, cabinets, and appliances) are total upgrades. Well done SORA. You bring so much beauty to the community.

I had the best experience renting from Amber. I had some special needs and requests and in every case she was able to help me.
It is so nice to live in a secure using my phone for entry to gates and aptmant, no keys to carry. and brand new place. My Tesla car is happy in the covered lot write under my unit., chargers are nearby. You pay a little more but it is totally worth it to get a quiet place near I-95 and easy commute to downtown.
Walmart and other nearby things helped me decide.

We had been searching for an apartment for weeks with no luck, until we found SORA. From the moment we met Amber, the leasing manager, and stepped foot inside one of the units, we knew we found our new home. SORA apartments are new, modern, AFFORDABLE, and at a great location. The application process was straight forward and easy! We’ve been moved in for 1 week now and are beyond happy. 10/10!!

This place is everything I was looking for gorgeous layout, luxury bathrooms, and I feel completely safe and comfortable here. Being close to downtown Fort Lauderdale and my job is such a bonus. Amber made the whole process effortless. She gave me multiple tours of the unit so I could pick the one I wanted. I was a little indecisive. I just finished my tour with Juliana on the property called Sora. She was fantastic. The building is brand spanking new and that was what attracted me to it. It is so close to I-95 and that to me is a plus since it is only 2 exits away from my job. I am ready to take the next steps to make this place my new home. I highly recommend these apartments.

Drove around the area a few times before signing and was pleasently surprised by how little traffic there is on this side of i95. its going to be so nice to be close to everything but not stuck in gridlock. plus i can still get to the beach easy on weekends. The leasing team made me feel very welcome and walked me thru everything. Excited to be one of the first residents.

just signed my lease and i am counting down the days until move in! The model looks incredible specifically the amount of natural light in the units. It feels so open.
