Brandon Crossing is located within walking distance to the Westfield Brandon Mall and the HART bus line. Brandon Crossing is located off Providence Road with easy access to the Selmon Crosstown Expressway, I-4, I-75 and Brandon Boulevard and a short drive to Downtown Tampa. All units include fully-equipped kitchens, an open-style living area with separate dining area. Convenience and comfort are no problem with full washers and dryers, contemporary brushed nickel light fixtures and vaulted ceilings in select homes. Just steps from your door, you can spend an afternoon at the swimming pool with relaxing sun deck, a game of volleyball, get fit at the gym, check your email at the business center, or host a BBQ with friends at the picnic area. The community also offers a children's playground, an afternoon children's program and emergency maintenance. We offer large floor plans containing two and three bedroom layouts with lake views. BRANDON CROSSING IS HORRIBLE.
September 16, 2019If you have a chance run from this place. They will lie to you & say that they have apartment units avail & they don't. I tried moving into this place about 2 months ago. They said that they had units coming available. I was told that a unit would be coming available & nothing. I have never seen a staff or company so unorganized. March 12, 2019My family and I have been going through it, and we were in a desperate need of finding a home asap. I have done my research to find the best place to move to and I came across Brandon Crossing. When i called to get some information about the place, Nancy picked up and IMMEDIATELY we clicked. God is so good!!! I truly felt like i have known this woman for years (lol). Not only was she very understanding of my circumstance, she handled everything with great professionalism & care. I have NEVER, ...EVER had this experience with ANY apartment complex, the way I experienced with Brandon Crossing. Not the best for your money
August 11, 2015We have lived here for a little over a year, my husbands truck was stolen from the parking lot. Someone also stole a tire from my car, just one! Our door only latches if you dead bolt it, there's been a hole in our shower ceiling since we moved in. When we moved in we had to reclean the whole apartment, the kitchen was covered in grease, and there was a water leak in the apartment above us that once they fixed all they did for our apartment was spray paint over the stains.Review from Apartments.com
