About Brandon Point Apartments
Welcome to Brandon Point! Brandon Point is locally owned and operated. This animal friendly community is nestled away from the main road but conveniently located near the intersection of Brandon Avenue and Peters Creek Road in Roanoke City. Brandon Point boasts 19 two-story buildings. There are two bedroom and three bedroom apartments. All apartments have included washer and dryer, dishwasher, range, garbage disposal, and refrigerator. Blinds are provided (windows and sliding door). Each apartment also has separate dining room, spacious closets, large living room, patio/balcony and two full baths. Apartments are all electric with ample parking and community amenities (pool, tennis court and basketball court). 24/7 emergency maintenance and local office. We are animal friendly (restrictions and additional fees apply). All buildings, apartments and amenities are SMOKE-FREE except for designated outdoor smoking areas. Our leasing office is located at 3807 Brandon Ave SW, Suite 345, in Roanoke.

surprised former renter
January 18, 2017At 1st I was fine with everything, the apartments are very old, but I could deal. Didn't have many complaints because it was apartment living (noise), you cant expect peace unless you own a home. The maintenance did what was told, pretty fast. When my lease was up I expected to renew it because it was my child's senior yr., and I didn't want to interrupt that. But low and behold, they would not renew, no explanation why, just be out by the end of the month, so I was very confused never late on my ...rent or anything, I don't if was my skin color or what. So I moved out on time, then I get a suit for damages for over 2000, now that's was the last straw, I have never. Taking them to court for sure with a lawyer. Based on my experience with 4 young children, I would say don't because they are looking for tenants to remodeled their history. Management was nice which was even more confusing, didn't like the giant scary dog aka security.
