Smoking is Now Allowed?!?
January 19, 2023I have lived at this property since February of 2021. Smoking indoors has never been encouraged. I even recall seeing flyers at the property mentioning that it is smoke free and that smoking is prohibited in apartments, on balconies and within 20ft of the building entrances. On 1/19/23, residents received an email stating that smoking is not allowed in building common areas but IS allowed in units and on balconies. VERY unimpressed with this communication. I feel as though they are putting out a ...PSA to the community to go ahead and smoke in units.
