      This place has gone downhill in the last couple of years even though the same person is managing it and it has the same owners. They are doing some outside work, but internally they do not care. They did not prepare for this past snow/ice storm and it was 3 days before our sidewalks got cleared. They only ran the plow through the parking lots once and just in the middle. It is snowing again, and the road is becoming a mess.

      We moved here from out of state and absolutely love it! They offer short term leases and have every amenity you could possibly want. The staff has been so welcoming and helpful and has made us feel like family. Kid friendly but quiet and safe. The kids love How close the park and basketball courts are and even go to the clubhouse every day for cookies and to say hi to Heather.       I have lived at Brandy Mill for over 4 years. I still enjoy living and being here. Very open and natural lighted apartment. Well kept grounds. Beautiful trees and shrubs make for gorgeous views. 12 foot glass doors that open to the patio makes for a great sitting area. The staff are very friendly and quick to answer when you need something.
