    This place has gone downhill in the last couple of years even though the same person is managing it and it has the same owners. They are doing some outside work, but internally they do not care. They did not prepare for this past snow/ice storm and it was 3 days before our sidewalks got cleared. They only ran the plow through the parking lots once and just in the middle. It is snowing again, and the road is becoming a mess.

    Awesome place to live right in the heart of the tri-cities. Easy access to Bristol and Johnson City. Quiet, shady community and tons of amenities! Mikayla and Tammy are always eager to help out with any issues. Would highly recommend.

    We moved here from out of state and absolutely love it! They offer short term leases and have every amenity you could possibly want. The staff has been so welcoming and helpful and has made us feel like family. Kid friendly but quiet and safe. The kids love How close the park and basketball courts are and even go to the clubhouse every day for cookies and to say hi to Heather. The maintenance men even know our names and are very promptin taking care of anything you may need. I would recommend ...

    I have lived at Brandy Mill for over 4 years. I still enjoy living and being here. Very open and natural lighted apartment. Well kept grounds. Beautiful trees and shrubs make for gorgeous views. 12 foot glass doors that open to the patio makes for a great sitting area. The staff are very friendly and quick to answer when you need something. There is a nice pool, 24 hr fitness, tennis/basketball court and even a dog park. Activities and events held in the clubhouse once a month for residents. I ...

    It has been my privilege to live here. Brandy Mill has recently received new management and maintenance, which was definitely what it needed. The grounds have improved immensely. They are nicer, greener and neater. The office staff is exceptional and are pleasant to work with. It is a great and safe place to live.     We've lived at Brandy Mill apartment 1200A for two years now and we couldn't ask for better. Lived at a bunch of places before but none of them can compare. The pool is the amazing and always well maintained and clean. If there is ever a problem the staff is nice and understanding and it gets resolved very quickly.
