October 22, 2025I toured the property first after a phone call with someone from the office and I was excited because they said they are the best in Delano but when I got there totally different. The staff is not professional, the manager was rude, and the property was okay for being low income housing but the tour was awkward not sure if the lady was new or just didn’t know what she was doing. September 16, 2025What can I say? I love living here. The staff in the office are very efficient, they keep everything very organized, they do their best to live comfortable, They do events for us tenants and that keeps us positive to continue living here. I know that there are rules and it is understandable. at first it was a little difficult for me because we were used to the same thing, but when you follow the rules and then you get used to living more comfortably without any problems. The very friendly ...maintenance guys always greet us Just like the girl who cleans the apartments they are in charge of ensuring that we do not lack of anything in our apartment and those in charge of having this beautiful place very clean always. And finally, I've been living here for almost 11 years and I don't think I'll never leave.
