The apartments are big and spacious. No balconies..
But if you expect to have extra storage forget about it. And if you have friends come over, and stay until late hours you better have them park in the back of the complex or their cars will be towed after 10pm. Also, they do have a pool, laundry, and a Gym which is only open from 9am to 9pm. So forget about excercising early in the morning before work..
The club house is huge and nice but they dont rent it out for parties or gatherings. ...
There is a curfew, no one allowed outside after 11pm.
And no basketball court or tennis court.. So there is nothing beside the pool or the gym..
And my biggest thing.. The WALLS ARE VERY THIN you can hear everything the neighbor is doing. You can hear the little dogs running upstairs constantly...
I live here for two years now because the rent is cheap. But not because i like it.. Or like the location.
