July 2, 2022Sounds like tenant from June 9, 2022 post moved into our previous apartment. The noise from the neighbors above us was unbelievable. Within 2 weeks of moving in - we wanted to end our lease. We submitted several formal complaints to management - no help received. Lanscaping services are horrible. Shrubs are just an overgrowth of a bunch of weeds. Maintenance is horrible. We submitted 4 maintenance tickets to address the overgrowth of weeds, each ticket was closed without being addressed. ...Appliances are outdated and windows need to be replaced. Very cold winters. Disappointed
June 8, 2022The noise from the neighbors above us is so excessive, that after only 3 weeks, we feel forced to move out. Daily from 8am - past 11pm, we've been tormented by continuous stomping, jumping off of furniture, running, banging/booming sounds, etc. The ceiling light fixtures even shake and rattle. Local and regional MGMT refuse to intervene or assist us in any way. Their only advise VW as to call the police. They won't even assist us to recoup some of our money. Also, we're even being charged a ...penalty for leaving! We're so angry and disappointed... with the tenants for being so inconsiderate and with the leasing company for not helping us. Terrible Management Team...beware of EVERY what-if scenario in the contract prior to signing.
February 1, 2016If one doesn't have to deal with the terrible management staff often, then the actual apartments are have a nice nice-out and are very spacious. The problem is the terrible front office staff. Avoid Malika at all costs. She's friendly but knows nothing about the policies. Their rates change "by the day....like a hotel" per their standard line to its customers. Everything is too late once you've signed the dotted line....so be VERY carefful.. The one thing they NEVER tell you is that you ...can pay a slightly higher monthly rate and avoid any early termination penalities should you choose or pre-planned to leave early. Additional issue with the apartment is that the windows are not sealed properly. They become VERY cold in the winter and your heating bill is really high.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Nice livin' in the 'burbs!
August 5, 2015I have found this property to be very nice...safe...well-lit and so convenient to the Interstate, main roadways and SHOPPING!!! I really appreciate that we have a smaller, more boutique complex so that there are not too many people. This makes the access to the pool and the fitness center that much more pleasurable to use.
