Brandywine is a quaint community located in quiet suburb of Fairfield. Located just off Route 4 and a few miles from 275, you can reach all points in Cincinnati quickly. The community has just underground a transformative exterior renovation including new lighting across the community. January 16, 2026Still not fixed I submitted a request for my front door to be fixed due to a constant draft. The draft wasn’t fixed. The lock was made so tight that it was close to impossible to open. I had to submit another request to have it loosened, so i could get into my home. The draft is not fixed. Currently, i have a blanket up to my door, and a towel at the bottom to keep the cold air out.Property Manager Responded
