Rodent Infested
March 20, 2025The place is swarming with rodents. From the garage all the way to the penthouse. The water gets shut off very frequently and residents let their dogs relieve themselves in the elevators and staircases. November 16, 2021This is the worst possible place you could ever move to. Don't even consider it. If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Management is completely unresponsive, I have a leaking window and carpet that consistently gets wet in my bedroom every time it rains. It has caused damage to personal items that can't be replaced and they didn't even care to rectify it right away. It has been months. There is most definitely some kind of mold growing underneath my carpet. The building itself is ...horribly maintained and is falling apart even on the outside. There isn't enough parking around the buildings, leading to people parking at neighboring businesses and getting towed from their lots because they can't even park at their own apartment building.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 16, 2021the buildings are falling apart, they are ALWAYS shutting our water off at the most inconvenient times... The rent they ask for is NOT worth what the actual building looks like smh. The apartment itself is pretty big but new renovations NEED to be done to match the price of rent.Property Manager Responded

August 14, 2015I just moved back to Brandywine Hundred Apartments in North Wilmington, De. I moved back because I was very pleased the first time! Moved out and got married! 20 plus years later I moved back in! Divorced but happy! I am glad to be back. These apartments are very clean and has the atmosphere of a Resort! I feel safe here! That's very important! I am in a 2 bedroom 2 bath With a balcony! Plenty of parking! Wonderful people! And a POOL! Love it here!Review from Apartments.com
