If you want a place to call home and not just live, Brandywine is your place. Close to many needed things. Beautiful landscaping. The staff treats you like family and not just a tenant, they go above and beyond. I’ve been here for 7 years and still love it like it was day one!

Pros: very spacious apartments and quiet community, maintenance is pretty handy Cons: management will text/ email you about the smallest inconveniences… needs updating and renovation in the bathrooms, you have until the 3rd of the month to pay rent , which isn’t terrible just not convenient for everyone.

You can literally hear every step your neighbors move and I’ve never had this problem until now. Bathroom has mold and looks ancient. Terrible management! I do not recommend this place at all. Especially if you have a baby/ kids.

It is an ok place, IF you get a quiet neighbor. I was not so Fortunate... I could hear every move they make. Not very sound proof. I could hear them cuss ,yell, argue , use the bathroom , hear their TV, hear their video games,...etc, etc..

I've been here for almost two years, its a peaceful place to live, staff are nice, and neighbors are nice too. Grounds are kept up and if you have a maintenance request it gets done within a day. I walk my dog at night a lot and feel safe because the area is extremely well lit. Its close to grocery stores and other leisure so I will be renewing my lease again.

Wonder pricing for space and amenities! Older apartments with wonderful renovations! Love the opportunity of nice, new appliances! Love washer/dryer hookup options! Only one thing I would change and have lights in all rooms instead of just outlets. I would like a ceiling fan in mater bedroom.

I've lived here for a while and really enjoy the apartment. They are clean, quite, and comfortable. There is a grocery store close by and are in a centrally located area. The management of the apartments has changed recently and could use some work. The kitchens went over a make over and they are raise the rent a lot, but I don't think the makeover was worth the amount they raised it. They try to work with you on adjusting rent if it's too high, but it depends on who is manager at the time. They ...
also just remodeled the gym which is on the small size, but really nice and they also have two swimming pools. Overall very comfortable.
