We moved here about 16 months ago. It was and has been the best decision ever. We came from a luxury garden home but felt it lacked the privacy we now enjoy. No one above us or below makes for a peaceful existence. Park like setting, pet friendly, quiet and serene. Close to everything, even the beach! You enjoy the serenade of barking dogs waking you up at all hours of the morning.
You adore the sound of living like you're under Niagara Falls when the idiot neighbors decide to run the outdoor hose all day.
You go crazy of the sound/smell of gas powered lawn instruments on any day of the week (including Sundays and Holidays - Thanksgiving (?) NO PROBLEM - they have you covered.
Seriously AVOID at all costs. You'll get the same lifestyle quality in a 'lower ...
