What keeps me here after two yrs is they actually respond when something breaks called when my AC went out and someone came. Parking can be tight if you get home late but it's manageable.

I’ve been at Branson Creek Commons for about four months now and one thing that really stands out is how fast maintenance handles things. My AC started acting up on a hot weekend and they had someone out the next morning to sort it out. The unit itself is comfortable and the community is pretty quiet. For the price, it’s been a solid experience so far.
