It feels quaint and safe with neighbors being neighborly. The community is quiet day and night. February 2, 2026Braunfels Place apartments is a good place to live if you love kids playing in the streets, running in front of your moving car in your own driveway with no parental supervision and no laws to change it from happening. Kids throwing balls with no respect to people's gardens and other property. I really did love living here until this past summer. Seems to be a lot more kids running the streets because there is literally no play area for kids here. Lovely staff and maintenance team though.Review from Apartments.com
