The staff here is absolutely amazing—always friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents feel taken care of. You can really tell they take pride in their work. The property itself is kept in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and beautifully cared for. August 20, 2025Braunfels Place is a great little community. I love the office staff and maintenance man Eddie. They all have charming personalities. The grounds are kept clean. I've lived here for over 1 years and I've never felt better about where I live. To my knowledge there have been no criminal activity or vehicle break in. Braunfels Place is a safe community and kid/dog friendly. I love living here.Property Manager Responded
