    I am truly disappointed that since I moved in in February, no one has taken the time to clean the outdoor furniture. The blue couches and chairs have stains, dirt, spiderwebs and grim on them, and no one has washed, vacuumed or wiped them down ever. I laid down in a lawn chair and the screw was broke, so the top half fell inward at the middle and has broken for the last few weeks, no one has removed or fixed it. When running in the gym the grim on the windows looking out to the pool is months ...
    old. The other day I was in the bathroom beside the pool and toilet paper was all over the floor. The cleaning of the pool and public areas now that the sun has arrived and it is busy, is very minimal.

    The application process was not great. I was in a hurry to get a place and was met with a lot of issues with the document upload process as it is not monitored by a human. It took placing many calls to the office and days of my time to go in and have it manually pushed through anyway. It was almost enough for me to look elsewhere for a place. I stuck with it though and am glad I did. Bravada is a wonderful place and I am a happy resident.

    I wavered between a 2 and a 3. First off, the staff are really nice people. However, there is a list of issues that you wouldn't necessarily notice first. There is a HUGE problem with dog poop everywhere. They are supposed to be charging people for this - they don't. The elevator in my building broke right after I had surgery, and the manager was unwilling to offer any help to me. It's loud...and people do not necessarily respect the property or each other.

    Great place to live. Dryer doesn’t have a vent so it just sprays the lint on the wall. Door handle broke when we moved here. And it gets humid. But the amenities are great and so are the neighbors.
