June 5, 2025The units are spacious and beautiful! The cost of rent compared to other apartments in the area is very competitive and fair. The amenities are amazing!! There’s a heated pool, trash valet service, firepits, and more!! The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable! There’s so many perks to living in these apartments, I can’t say enough good about my experience here.Property Manager Responded

May 21, 2025Staff used to be personable and kind, but now they don’t follow up when they say they will, and there’s a 50/50 chance someone has an attitude when we have a request. Inspections seem excessive. We had an annual inspection for the fire alarms but a few weeks later they test the fire alarms again. There was a month span where they entered our apartment 4 times. I work from home with my spouse so when this happens we need to set time out of our day away to ensure our work isn’t interrupted. On top ...of all of that, this apartment was clearly poorly made. Less than 5 years and there’s cracks in the walls and ceilings. We have an electrical problem that spans the entire building and they refuse to call an electrician.Property Manager Responded

While these inspections are required for safety and compliance, we’ll review our scheduling and communication to ensure they’re as minimally disruptive as possible. May 10, 2025So far so good after moving in. Place was clean and I have had no issues so far. The amenities are nice and very helpful. So far the only issue has been finding parking but that’s not a huge dealbreaker.Property Manager Responded

April 23, 2025So far, great experience. Angelina was super kind and helpful with my move. I needed to move quickly and she ensured everything was in order for me to make my move on shirt notice. The unit itself is beautiful, super tall ceilings a nearby kid park, pool, gym, mailroom etc. The hallways and common areas are kept in good order with a pleasant smell. Dog owners here have well trained/behaved pets and pick any excrement up promptly.Property Manager Responded
